Payment

Currently Apple Pay and all major Credit Cards are supported as payment methods.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order on weekdays within 5 working days. Delivery - in Amsterdam only - will be done by us personally using the most eco-friendly option. Minimum order of €20, delivery for free.

Returns

We do our best to serve you in the best possible way but If there seems to be an issue with your order, please contact us immediately on oasisofcalmness@hotmail.com and we will try to find a solution for you asap.

General terms:

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We’ll refund your order with no questions asked, if you are able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused and sealed, within 14 days from delivery. The shipping costs will however be for your account.

Returns, if applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Cancellations

If something went wrong while making the order or you changed your mind, no worry, please contact us on oasisofcalmness@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing the orders online. Requests received after delivery has been scheduled can not be cancelled anymore.
