Tea cultivation in the Asam region
Established in 1927, the Tonganagaon Tea Estate is nestled near the Himalayan foothills and the Brahmaputra river, situated at the edge of the Namdapha natural reserve, with organic cultivation methods used within the estate helping to further promote the ecological diversity in the area.
Preparation instructions: 1 teaspoon of tea per cup, 100 degrees Celsius, steep 5min. For black tea latte (or chai-latte), combine after with the heated milk of choice.
